My Masterpiece: Byzantine Mosaic Kit

This title is suitable for children aged 8 to 12 years old. "The Byzantine Mosaic Kit" was inspired by The Personification of Ktisis (Foundation), a floor mosaic in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art dating back about 1500 years. This all-inclusive kit includes a pre-printed mosaic backing card, six sheets of different-coloured foam tiles with adhesive backing and a museum label, plus a 16-page brochure of detailed, step-by-step instructions, photographs and cultural and artistic information about the design.
