About the Author
Julian Carder is Worldwide Product Marketing Manger for JCB's Backhoe Business Unit. He is passionate about JCB products, having restored his first classic JCB at the age of 16. After gaining an engineering degree, Julian began a career working with plant machinery, and has been working for JCB for 11 years. When he is not at his desk or travelling the world promoting the latest JCB Backhoe products, Julian continues to both advise and participate in JCB restoration projects. He also has an extensive collection of JCB literature and scale models. He lives at Utoxeter in Staffordshire.
